Benin Mask Design – Originally hand drawn with calligraphic pens and Indian ink by Designer and Founder of Duodu London – Danny Kay Duod. The Mask design depicts the Benin Ivory Mask of Idia the first Iyoba (Queen Mother) of the 16th Century Benin Empire. The unique art work was later digitally captured and used for embroidering and screen printing onto streetwear garments.

Designed, hand cut and tailored in London
The jackets are unisex based on a mens pattern so women will need to go 1 or 2 sizes smaller than their normal size. The fit of the jacket is “boyfriend fit”.
